Data model
It is important that an organization monitors its data model and infrastructure. A generic data model (Common Data Model) based on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems could be enough for many organizations to extend and act as a foundation for building these new PowerApps. For example, a lot of data like calendars, documents, and knowledge bases already available in Office 365 can easily be integrated with CRM data. Think about automatically appointment scheduling based on customer events generated by their interaction with Sales Chat Bots.
